In a deeply shocking and heartbreaking incident, a popular Pashto TikTok creator lost her life in Islamabad in a case of domestic violence. Famous Pashto TikTok creator Sana Javed, best known by her TikTok alias Outlofara, was shot dead by her husband in the H-11 area of Islamabad. The victim, a resident of Attock, was reportedly shot by her husband, who later took his own life.
The tragic incident occurred on the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr, March 21, near a shopping mall in DHA-II. Social media influencer Sana Javed had a TikTok account called OutLofara.
The suspect, Muhammad Sadiq, previously served as a constable in Attock Police but had been dismissed from service. He initially shot his wife and then committed suicide by shooting himself. Three shells of fired bullets and a 9mm pistol were recovered from the scene.
Police said the couple often argued, and investigators believe domestic disputes led to the fatal incident. The tragedy sent shockwaves through Pakistan’s social media community, reigniting urgent conversations about domestic violence and the safety of women.
Sana’s death is a painful reminder of the very real dangers many women face, and has prompted renewed calls for stronger protections against gender-based violence in the country.
