In a statement shared on social media, Hamza made it clear that he is not part of the case in any capacity and is not under investigation by any authority. The case against Dr. Fazeela centers on alleged financial irregularities. According to the FIR, around Rs25 billion was allegedly traced through 22 bank accounts linked to her, with investigators claiming some transactions were routed to Dubai and the United States.
The development comes as legal proceedings against Dr. Fazeela continue. The Islamabad High Court rejected petitions seeking to dismiss the money laundering case. A special central court in Islamabad declined to extend her pre-arrest bail, prompting the FIA to form teams for her arrest.
The actor also warned that any attempt to link him to the case could result in legal action from his side.
