Pakistan has officially announced its Hajj 2026 flight schedule, bringing welcome news for hundreds of thousands of pilgrims eagerly waiting to perform the sacred pilgrimage.
The first Hajj flight from Pakistan will depart on April 18, and the month-long operation will continue until May 21, transporting government-scheme pilgrims to Saudi Arabia for Hajj 2026.
Under the official Hajj scheme, a total of 468 flights will carry pilgrims from Pakistan to the Holy Sites. PIA, AirBlue, Air Sial, and Saudia Airlines will participate in the Hajj operation. Flights will operate from eight cities across Pakistan.
Approximately 119,000 pilgrims, including 67,230 men and 51,846 women, will participate in the pilgrimage, traveling to the holy cities of Madinah and Makkah. During the early days of Hajj, most pilgrims will be flown directly to Madinah, with 186 flights landing there and 282 arriving in Jeddah.
The ministry urged pilgrims to use the “Pak Hajj 2026” mobile application to access information about their flights, departure timings, and airports. The app will also serve as the sole authentic source for accommodation details in Makkah and Madinah.
Officials stressed that extensive arrangements are in place to ensure a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free travel experience for all intending pilgrims. The announcement has brought joy and relief to Pakistani Muslim families, many of whom have waited years for this once-in-a-lifetime spiritual journey.
