“I Wont Let You Run!” Dr. Nabiha Khan Accuses Husband of Domestic Violence Just Two Months After Marriage

Pakistani psychologist, TV personality, and motivational speaker Dr. Nabiha Ali Khan has made explosive allegations against her husband, social media influencer Haris Khokhar, claiming domestic abuse and mental torture that led to their marriage ending after only two months.

In a tearful appearance on a Ramadan transmission show (aired around February 21, 2026), she described the union as “the biggest mistake of my life.”

Dr. Nabiha detailed severe psychological pressure, constant accusations, strict restrictions (including not being allowed to close her bedroom door), humiliation, and denial of basic comforts like eating peacefully with her spouse. She alleged her husband sided with his parents, intensified her distress, and even threatened her, saying “I won’t let you run!”, implying attempts to control or prevent her from leaving.

She claimed she tried everything to save the marriage, cooking, household duties, but received no respect or support in return. The emotional strain affected her health, and she vowed to “expose the true face” of Haris to protect other women.

The couple married in late 2025, but conflicts escalated quickly. Dr. Nabiha accused Haris of marrying for fame and later discrediting her. Haris has responded in a video, denying abuse, calling the issues “personal differences” rooted in mistrust and “doubt/delusion,” and claiming no serious fights occurred. His family has not issued a public reply yet.

The story has divided public opinion online, with many supporting Dr. Nabiha for speaking out amid rising domestic violence awareness in Pakistan (especially after the Domestic Violence Act 2026).

Others question her past controversial statements on abuse. The case highlights ongoing debates about mental health, gender dynamics, and accountability in high-profile marriages.

As the controversy unfolds during Ramadan, it serves as a stark reminder of the need for empathy and justice in personal relationships.
