Pakistani YouTuber Rajab Butt has been deported from the United Kingdom after his visa was abruptly cancelled by British authorities. He left the country early on December 9, 2025, after being issued a removal order.
According to reports, the decision to revoke his visa came after an investigation revealed that he had failed to disclose ongoing legal cases against him when he applied for entry clearance. Immigration officials said this omission violated UK visa rules.
The UK authorities detained Rajab Butt and another social media personality, Nadeem Naniwala, earlier this month following anonymous complaints alleging links with terrorism-related activity. After probing those charges, investigators cleared them of terrorism allegations, but the visa scrutiny continued, focusing instead on incomplete paperwork and undisclosed cases.
Once the visa was cancelled, the British Home Office issued a notice for immediate departure. Butt boarded a special flight to Pakistan that morning.
News of his deportation has shocked many fans online. Social media platforms quickly filled with reactions, some expressed concern and solidarity for Butt, while others criticised his past controversies.
Over the past months, Rajab Butt had faced serious legal issues at home, including being booked under blasphemy and cybercrime laws after controversy over a personal perfume launch and related content.
For now, Rajab Butt is back in Pakistan. While his UK stay has ended, many followers are watching closely to see what steps he will take next, and whether he will address the visa cancellation and deportation publicly.
